Room and bed was not clean though staff changed the bedsheet after repeated follow up. Staff in reception and restaurant were very rude.

Please refix. Regarding issuance of work experience certificate, sr. Vijesh, whose name is in the sp shortlist, has applied for psc work experience certificate. In the application, he states that he has worked in aman toyota for 13 years and 9 months. Then, under the experience certificate signed by the manager of vpk motors, if b certify issues the experience certificate. Experience certificate can be issued only if there is muster roll & factory authorization letter.

Centrally located, very near to govt. Offices rooms are very clean, neat linen, toilets tidy. Staff very curtious, good service. Over all good experience. Value for money.

The hotel’s cleanliness was satisfactory, but the food left much to be desired. Not only was it of poor quality, but it was also outrageously overpriced. The breakfast selection was shockingly limited. I didn’t use room service, so i can’t speak to that. The room itself was decent, but there were glaring issues: the wash basin in the toilet is mounted far too low, making it an awkward struggle for taller guests. Worse yet, the closet seat cover was improperly installed, adding to the discomfort. When i requested a slightly later checkout, the front office manager bluntly refused, citing that since i booked, no flexibility was allowed. As a result, i had to pack up and leave by 9:30 am, which was completely inconvenient. I won’t be staying here again, and i certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent experience.

Stinking & unclean. Poor service. The quilt, bedspread & pillows were stinking, i reported to room service everyday, they told me that they changed them everyday, but the same was there. The whole hotel was unclean, smoke smell & stinks everywhere. Pillows with no cover, dirty pillows for every customer. Please carry your own pillows, quilts & bedspreads to avoid inconvenience.

Pros: centrally located. Good and economical food inside and small bakeries around. Cons: rent on higher side. Only give 1 water bottle free. Manager does not seem to be customer service oriented.
